Nick has been involved in inspection & NDT for the Canadian Oil & Gas industry since September 1975.
He has attained NDT designation as a CGSB Level 2 for RT, UT, MT & PT along with an API 570 designation.
He has spent these years carrying out inspection of all types of oil & gas equipment (as well as power, mining & nuclear) in addition to developing, implementing and managing integrity programs for a variety of owner / users.
Nick presently holds the following certifications: API 510, National Board, Alberta IBPVI.
He is the chairman of the Contract Chief Inspectors Association and a member of the IPEIA Steering committee.
Nick is also on the Keyera competency website for inspectors.
Nick is involved in offering free seminars and mentorship to up and coming inspectors, operators and engineers.
Jennifer has been involved with inspections and testing for the past 17 years. With current API 510 and Alberta IPVI certifications, and previous CGSB Level 1 Ultrasonics certification, she has carried out both inspections and numerous corrosion surveys. She is heavily involved in the data management of files records with a number of databases including: Maxitrak, Spectrel, Abadata, Roughneck, SAP and Visions. She has also been deeply involved in the creation of and refinement of some these as well as other databases. Jenn carries out many assessments of UT results, PSV service reports as well as the quality of these and visual inspection reports.
Bob spent the first 20 years or so of his career in Oil & Gas as a field operator then field foreman dealing with oil and sour gas for dehys, batteries & compressors. This wealth of experience brings strong troubleshooting and practicality to the forefront making inspections not just about what was found but also why it may have happened and how to fix it.
Bob has been working as an accredited API 510 and ABSA IPVI inspector for the past 8 years.
Gary is a professional Engineer (graduated in 1985) who has been working in the oil & gas industry pressure equipment integrity discipline since then.
He spent approximately 7 years working as a construction supervisor for pipelines and facilities. He then spent the next 8 years in a management capacity for companies involved in the design, fabrication and maintenance of high pressure equipment for the drilling and testing sector.
Since then he has been involved in inspection of pressure equipment as well as the development, implementation and management of integrity programs.
Gary’s formal training and time spent in construction and fabrication brings a wealth of design and Code knowledge to the team.
Milt has been in the integrity arena for the past 15 years. The first five years were spent in QC management for piping, pipeline and vessel fabricator. Since that time he has been involved in the inspection and integrity management sectors working for a number of small to medium owner / user companies.
Milt’s early experience makes him a valuable asset in dealing with issues from the constructor’s perspective.
George has been in our industry for 37 years. He started with the Alberta Boilers Branch in 1975 and then with ABSA, when they took over that role, until 1999.
Since then George has been carrying out inspections, auditing vendors, oversight of vessel repairs and shop / field QC of construction projects.
